Synopsis

It’s was a great weekend. The snow which can be beautiful sometimes has its bad side. Despite the snow, I had some time to enjoy the company of a great book called Rebels (The Reverians Book 2). This is written by Sarah Noffke. Rebels are the second book in The Reverians Series and it’s the events of Defects the first book. This book brings back the characters, the secrets, love, and action. When I got a chance to read the second book I was really excited because I really loved the first book.

The Rebels follows the events from Defects returning with the main characters Em, Rogue, and Zach. The book starts out after Em and Rogue leave the Austin Valley and travel to his home. The infamous farm. With Rogue’s illness getting worse, Em is forced to dangerously go back to Austin Valley and with the help of Zach find a way to help Rogue’s headache. On the other side of the spectrum, Em and everyone starts working on a plan to bring down the villains of the story President Vider and his plans. This puts Em in more danger and finding more secrets that come to be chilling and shocking. Towards the end, Zach, Em, and Rogue must find a way to save Defects from the doom that lies ahead. Can they do that? Read the book to find out.

Review

The Rebels gave more reason to stick around. In fact, I couldn’t stop reading each page because it keeps getting more interesting the more dig deeper in the world of Austin Valley. The characters should more side of themselves like Ren who is Em’s uncle starting to come around. The story also should the light of some of the other characters and their abilities throughout. I can’t wait to continue on and found out what would happen next. Until my next review just keep on reading.
