Happy Cinco De Mayo! Wow, nothing like the perfect day to eat some tacos and some margaritas. Who is with me. Add a really great book and a nice chair and I am happy. Today I am back with another TBR for the month of May. I will be talking about the books I plan on reading this month.
I actually had this book in last month’s TBR and didn’t get to read it so I decided to shift it over to this month. When I first saw this book I thought the cover was haunting and there was something about it that I will enjoy.
This is another book I didn’t get to last month. This is the last book in the Everlife Trilogy and I can’t to dive in and see how things will end. If you haven’t gotten around to reading the last previous books do check it out here.
I finally am getting around to this book. I heard so much about this book and was inspired by seeing Sabaa talk at a festival I went to last year. I also know that the series had a new book that came out and wanted to catch up.
And finally, last on my list is Big Little Lies. I have been wanting to pick up this book after seeing the previous of the show on TV. I will admit I am nervous to read because it’s really overhyped and worried it might not be as good as it sounds. But, here goes nothing.
Hi, readers! I am back with another monthly TBR post. I am excited about December and I can’t wait to see what it’s in store for the month. So in this months TBR, I wanted to keep my list low and just something stress-free because holidays can be hectic and crazy. So in this list, I will be incorporating so books that are sequels or part of series but also be reading a new book that came out recently.
Ash and Quill is the third book in The Great Library series. And if you haven’t read the first book yet I do have a review of the book for you to check out and learn more. This is a great trilogy if you love books, libraries, and books that have dystopian fill and combines elements of Steampunk in it throughout. I am excited to dive back into this world and see how things turn out.
Harry Potter was technically part of the TBR from last month but due to the NaNoWriMo’s craziness I decided to read it this month. I can’t to see what happens in this book and return to the world of Hogwarts. What will happen next? I don’t know.
This is a book that has been on my TBR for awhile and something that anyone who is interested in starting a Booktube or even just YouTube channel should check out. This book was written by Amy Schmittauer who is well-known for her YouTube channel about all things social media and YouTube.
This is a book I decided to add to my TBR because I was watching a recent video from Jessethereader and saw him talk about this book and thought it looked interesting. I also am still in the hype from reading Warcross by Marie and wanted more books with gaming involved.
This is a book that I been going back and forth with lately. I started this book like months ago when the movie trailer came out. I have been mostly picking this up when I go out and shop or eat at a cafe and stuff. But I really want to finish it so I can see the movie.
So that is it for this month’s TBR. Just to let you know that my TBR may change depending on how the month goes. I might add more books as the month goes on or not. So let me know in the comments below what books are you going to be reading. And until my next post keep on reading.
Hi, guys welcome back to another monthly TBR. So, it’s getting close to the holiday season and close to the end of the year so I wanted to make this month count. So this month, I will be reading less than usual because I will be participating in the Nanowrimo and might now be able to read twenty books in the month. So get started with my TBR List…
Starting off the month with the new John Green is back. Since the first time I read a book of his I knew I am an automatic fan of his work. And when I heard he was coming out with another book I knew I had to mark my calendar and put it on hold when it’s available. And now I finally got my hands on it ready to read.
I recently got the chance to see Marie Lu at the National Book Festival in D.C. and I really enjoyed her writing process and about what inspires. She talked about Warcross which got me excited to pick it up. So, now I will be reading. I will be honest this is my first book from hers and I can’t wait.
Another book I will be reading this month is Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. Originally it was supposed to be part of the TBR list for last month but I didn’t get to it so I will be reading it this month. I can’t wait to see what happens next.
To end this list I will be read Ash and Quill by Rachel Caine. If you have read The Great Library Trilogy yet it is a great trilogy for anyone who loves books and libraries. I do have the review on Ink and Bone(first book in the trilogy) on this blog if you wish to learn more about the book. I am excited for this one because I been waiting all year for it.
That it for this month’s TBR List. Let me know in the comments what you will be reading this month. Until my next post keep on reading.
I been really obsessed with Norse mythology after picking up American Gods this month. I wanted to read more on the subject and found this latest book focused on one of the gods Freya. Freya is the goddess of love, war, beauty, and death. This book takes a modern twist one it.
I recently discovered a new YouTube channel about Evan Carmichael who is an entrepreneur who created this inspiring channel. If you are looking to get start a business or looking to get inspired this is the book for you.
So that is all the books I will be reading this month. Until next time keep on reading.
Hi Readers,I am back from a break and sooner than I thought. Well after long months of unemployment I finally landed a seasonal job at my favorite bookstore. And I also been hard at work with new design projects. Now that I am back I decided to bring in my TBR for the month. Below is a list of books I plan on reading for the month.
Firstlife by Gena Showalter
After finishing The White Rabbit Chronicles last month I wanted to check out her newest book called Firstlife. I really like the cover and love her writing and can’t wait to get my hands on this book.
Bright Smoke, Cold Fire by Rosamund Hodge
After reading the book Cruel Beauty I wanted to pick up another one of her books. From what I heard that its a retelling of Romeo and Juliet. Or maybe its a twist on the love story.
Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets by JK Rowling
I recently started the Harry Potter Series. In fact this is my first time reading the series and I know that I am late to the party of Hogwarts. But I am fashionably to the party. So let me grab my wand and lets learn some wizardry.
This is the list of books I will try to read during the month of December. But I am also on the hunt for a great Christmas book. Got any suggestions? Until my next post keep on reading!
